This book is really informative and useful.I have been using it frequently to plan workshops and do course research. It is well written, and the studies are up to date and pertinent. I have a good friend who is a 20 year Marine corps wife, and when I ask her about parts that I read, she affirms them with her own experiences.
This book should be on everyone's bookshelf - and I am not the author!
